Orders made before 12pm (UK Time) will be shipped same day.
Orders made after 12pm on Friday (UK Time) will be shipped on Monday.
All orders to Australia are sent via Fedex. The usual timeframe for delivery is 3 to 4 days however we are seeing some delays with delivery to the Northern, Southern and Western territories due to the impact of Coronavirus on the shipping services.
You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the Fedex tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process. Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by Fedex, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery.
Orders are sent from our UK warehouse. Scramble Sports LTD is domiciled in the UK and is not a registered Australian tax entity, therefore all exports to Australia from our store are zero-rated for UK VAT purposes.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form and details on how to send your item.
Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on our goods if they have been worn or used for training. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require so please fill in the returns form as much as possible.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods for size and fit but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
