Orders made before 12pm (UK Time) will be shipped same day.
Orders made after 12pm on Friday (UK Time) will be shipped on the following Monday.

Orders sent via FedEx are usually delivered within 1- 4 days depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the FedEx website. From here you will have the option to sign up for direct status updates.
Orders sent via International Post take advantage of the national postal services. Royal Mail will handle your shipment initially before handing over to your local postal service (for example; Deutche Post, La Poste, Correos) where you will be able to continue tracking your parcel until delivery. Typical delivery times range from 3-5 business day depending on your location but can take up to 3 full weeks to be received from the date of postage.
Orders are sent from our UK warehouse. Scramble Sports LTD is domiciled in the UK but is registered for VAT in EU. All store prices are inclusive of VAT, which we collect on your behalf and pay to the relevant authorities. You will not have to pay any additional import VAT or import duty to receive your goods. If you are asked for any additional taxes or fees, please contact us on email@example.com with details and we will help resolve this for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form and details on how to send your item.
Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on our goods if they have been worn or used for training. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require so please fill in the returns form as much as possible.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods for size and fit but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
