Inspired by traditional Judo &#8221;back patches&#8221; which were identifying patches sewn onto the back of a judo player&#8217;s gi for competition.<\/p>\n<p>We are inspired by judo because the roots of jiu jitsu stretch back to the days of Jigoro Kano&#8217;s judo in Japan.
