We added a Japanese inspired wave pattern to the board to provide a subtle grip for your feet.

The 100% FSC Certified birch plywood board is manufactured right here in the UK to strict specifications developed by Swifty. The board itself sits on a 100% natural cork roller and is an excellent training tool for the home, office or gym.

The cork roller can also be used in place of a foam roller – it is hard and heavy a provides an excellent base to roll out sore muscles and backs.
