Shipping
Orders are sent from our warehouse based in the UK therefore are subject to any applicable local Duties, Taxes and Fees to be paid for by the customer.
Orders are shipped only during business days (Monday to Friday) and does not include public holidays in England and Wales.
Orders made before 12pm (UK Time) will be sent out the same day.* Orders made after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or next business day.
Orders are sent using tracked services, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer upon order completion. The customer bears responsibility for tracking the order and should contact the carrier in situations where shipping delays occur or the carrier needs extra information, for example, to clear items through customs.
Scramble will not accept responsibility for incorrect/incomplete customer addresses. It is upon the customer to ensure all contact and address details are correct during the checkout process.
Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and orders are shipped using either Interconnect Premium/EMS or FedEx depending on destination.
Interconnect Premium/EMS
Interconnect Premium/EMS, where available, have a delivery aim** of:
3-5 business days within Europe.
5-7 business days to the rest of the world.
Orders to Europe (For countries within the European Union, please use our dedicated EU website) will move through the Interconnect Premium network.
Orders to applicable Rest of World countries will move through the EMS network. (For shipments to the USA please see our dedicated USA website)
Orders can initially be tracked on the Royal Mail website before being handed over to local carriers who will be responsible for delivering your order.
FedEx
FedEx, where available, have a delivery aim** of:
1-4 business days within Europe.
3-5 business days to Asia-Pacific and the rest of the world.
FedEx orders can be tracked on your local FedEx website using the tracking number provided upon order completion.
Undelivered packages that are returned to our UK warehouse will be refunded in full. The customer is then free to re-order at their discretion.
Additional Information:
*During our busiest periods such a Black Friday or our New Year Fukubukuro sale, Scramble needs extra time to process orders. During these times orders placed before 12pm may not be sent out on the same day but will be processed in a timely manner.
**Please note that shipping times are aims set by the carrier and not a guarantee. Shipping delays can occur.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. You can contact us on help@scramblestuff.com and we will send you a returns form and details on how to send your item.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on our goods if they have been worn beyond inspection/trying on for size, used for training, have been soiled in any way, e.g. makeup/deodorant stains etc.
Items should be returned undamaged and folded in their original packaging with tags/labels attached with a completed Returns Form and any necessary documentation.
It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require and can delay the process.
