Yep it’s a bold claim but we just realised something. We are pretty much better than every other brand in our sector in terms of customer service. We have one of the best TrustPilot scores that the guys over there at TrustPilot have ever seen. Seriously they keep calling me and asking me to upgrade to the turbo giga ultra mega plan because our Trustpilot score is so good.
We really do operate by the proviso that the customer is always right, even when sometimes, let’s face it, they’re wrong. We just naturally give good customer service because we want whoever buys Scramble to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. Whether you’ve bought a rashguard and it didn’t fit like you were expecting, or a gi that didn’t hold up well after you threw it in a volcano to wash it, just drop us an email or open a ticket and we will see what we can do for you. Actually I lied about that last bit – if you washed your gi at 100 degrees and put it through the dryer, you’re on your own, but we can give you some encouraging words by email if you get in touch.

The reason to write all this down on this page is that we thought this is how all companies operate – to work as hard as possible for the customer. But it turns out, they don’t. So we wanted to let everyone know just how much we care about our customers.
