Here is our documentary on Enson Inoue, in two parts.
We filmed this while visiting Japan last year. Enson was kind enough to give us some time, so we met him at his Saitama gym. Getting Enson to talk is not a problem. In fact the hard part is editing down everything that he says.
Meeting Enson was an inspiration and it is easy to see why he commands a large following, both in people around him and people who follow him on the net. He is very honest, and always trying to improve himself. He’s truly living the yamato damashii way.
This video touches on subjects like his time in prison for pot possession (the kind of thing that would get you a slap on the wrist at most in most Western countries), his pilgrimages to the island of Shikoku, and his work helping the victims of the Tohoku disaster.
Enjoy.
