Made in the UK from solid oak, this is a single grip trainer at 340mm tall and 50mm in diameter, with heavy duty webbing and a karabiner so it can be attached to your training set up in a variety of ways. Great for pull ups and even lifting weights, adding an extra dimension to your training. The wide grips and movement put increased strain through your hands, wrists and forearms, making sure you get the maximum from your workout.

The special edition Scramble x Swifty Double Ups are finished in black. Combine with the short versions in creative ways for an even more dynamic workout.

Please also check with your local / national delivery service, as we may have handed the parcel over to them for final delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and orders are shipped using either Interconnect Premium/EMS or FedEx depending on destination.

Orders made before 12pm (UK Time) will be sent out the same day.* Orders made after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or next business day.
