Shipping
For UK orders we use Royal Mail as our postal service provider.
For customers within the UK, we offer a free 24hr tracked shipping service with Royal Mail for orders over £100.
Orders made before 12pm will be shipped same day.
Orders made after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note that within the UK any order made for a next day courier service that is received by us after Thursday at 12pm will be sent out on the Friday. As this is a next working day service, this will then be delivered on the following Monday.
Please note that in times of high order numbers we may take a day or two to pack your order before we post it.
Please note during our Black Friday sales event free shipping will not be available.
Please note that we recognise all national UK holidays and bank holidays and so orders made on those days or the evenings prior will not be sent until the day we return to work.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. You can contact us on [email protected] and we will send you a returns form and details on how to send your item.
Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on our goods if they have been worn or used for training. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require so please fill in the returns form as much as possible.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods for size and fit but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
