Our Athlete is one of our most popular gis, and for good reason. A perfect balance of form and function, the Athlete is our all-rounder. Sturdy enough for daily training but fancy enough to literally melt your training partners’ eyeballs, this special edition kimono uses Ecru fabric. Ecru is a really fancy name for “unbleached” and is popular with purists since it harkens back to the good old days when stuff wasn’t bleached. Now everything is bleached. But not in the old days. And not this gi!

What's your returns policy?
We have friendly and helpful staff ready to answer any issue you might have with your order - whether the sizing is wrong, or we made a mistake, or something is faulty - we are only an email away. We rarely refuse a return and most of our stores have a free or low-cost returns service. We have an excellent TrustPilot score and that's because we actually care about our customers.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, all our orders are sent via one tracked service or another. Please check any emails from us for your tracking number and see if you can track it. Please also check with your local / national delivery service, as we may have handed the parcel over to them for final delivery. If you still can't track it, then get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Do you ship to my country?
We have dedicated US, Australia, European, Worldwide, Canadian, Japanese, Irish and Polish stores - please make sure you are on the correct store for your shipping country!
You can choose either Royal Mail, FedEx Express or DPD Courier Service (where available).
Orders made before 12pm will be shipped same day.
Orders made after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders sent via International Post take advantage of the national postal services. Royal Mail will handle your shipment initially before handing over to your local postal service (for example; Deutche Post, La Poste, Correos) where you will be able to continue tracking your parcel until delivery. Typical delivery times range from 3-5 business day depending on your location but can take up to 3 full weeks to be received from the date of postage.

I had tried to find an unbleached gi for the longest time in Europe, for I love how vintage “écru” looks. In person the gi looks very good. The moderate amount of branding and patches adds to the old fashion look. It got me some compliments. It’s quite confortable, too. But compared to my Outshock gis, ripstop pants or cotton, the Athlete pants shrunk a lot more. They went from comically large to a little unpleasantly small, although I air dry my gis. This is disappointing. This could have become my favourite gi, otherwise.
