Scramble x Synch e-Bike

The Scramble x Synch e-Bike is a collaboration between Scramble and a prestigious e-bike manufacturer local to our HQ, Synch. Synch is a family run business that builds e-bikes by hand in the UK, using as many local manufacturers as possible. Decals are 3d-printed locally, the seat is hand stitched locally, etc. This is a state of the art e-bike made with premium quality components, that has a long range, is very smooth and satisfying to operate, and is perfect for spring / summer – it also saves you money on petrol!

The bike features custom Scramble logo hits throughout, reminiscent of our Baka nogi set, and in terms of practicality, it has a storage caddy (which is also removable), an extra seat for a passenger (also removable), a decorative, bosozoku inspired backrest (also removable), and plenty more for you to discover.

The bike is hand-made in Dorset and ships only to the UK. Please note the technical details below including the warranty details. If your workplace is signed up to it, this bike is available through the government’s Cycle to Work scheme.

What's your returns policy?

We have friendly and helpful staff ready to answer any issue you might have with your order - whether the sizing is wrong, or we made a mistake, or something is faulty - we are only an email away. We rarely refuse a return and most of our stores have a free or low-cost returns service. We have an excellent TrustPilot score and that's because we actually care about our customers.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, all our orders are sent via one tracked service or another. Please check any emails from us for your tracking number and see if you can track it. Please also check with your local / national delivery service, as we may have handed the parcel over to them for final delivery. If you still can't track it, then get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Do you ship to my country?

We have dedicated US, Australia, European, Worldwide, Canada, Japanese, Irish and South Korean stores - please make sure you are on the correct store for your shipping country!

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. For customers within the UK, we offer a free 48hr tracked shipping service with Royal Mail for orders over £100.

Orders made before 12pm will be shipped same day.

Orders made after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

For deliveries outside of the UK, you will be liable to pay for any customs and duty charges incurred.
