Grip Training Variations

Short video, this week on my favourite grip training exercises. Most the time most regular BJJ players do not really need to focus on their grip, they just need to focus on getting stronger and getting better at BJJ. Once we build a certain level of strength I might look at additionial grip training further down the line in the video below are some of the devilish exercises I like to use. You’ll have to try the eccentric one arm ring row with your scramble grip trainers and let us know how you get on!
